WHICH SOCCER PROGRAM IS RIGHT FOR MY PLAYER?
Coerver Coaching Utah has several winter soccer programs for players of different ages, abilities, commitment levels, and positions. Here is a brief summary of these programs to help you decide which best fits your player's needs.
Coerver Academy
An entry level soccer program for boys and girls of any ability and aged from 8-12. Players are divided by age and ability and follow the same structure as other Coerver Sessions. Warm-up, speed, moves and 1 v 1 games, Small group play, and Small Sided games. The program is a 6-week soccer training program.
Coerver Select
The Coerver Select Program is for U-11 to U-19 Division One and Premier players.This program is for players that want to perfect their skills both on and off the ball while developing a sense of the game from all angles of the field. Because of the intensity of the program, we ask that all players commit to attending all of the 90-minute sessions during the 6-week course.
Coerver Goal Scoring Academy
A soccer training program for 8-18-year-old boys and girls who wish to improve their ability to score goals, which obviously includes strikers and attacking midfielders. Our instructors run through techniques and skills such as shooting for accuracy, power and converting breakaways, crossing the ball and finishing from crosses, volleying and heading for goal.
Coerver Team Training
This is a great program for the team looking for the opportunity to get better during the winter months. Each session will focus on "team" skills along with working on individual player skills. Each session will also include a number of activities players can do on their own away from the team training environment.
